Reflexology is a treatment mainly carried out on the feet and is based on the idea that you have energy or ‘chi’ going through your body. Through stress, injury or disease you can get blockages in the flow of that energy. The treatment aims to unblock these blockages, restoring the flow of energy around the body. The other element is that you have a map of your body on your feet and, therefore, certain areas of the feet can be targeted to try and assist with a range of medical conditions.
A free, thorough and detailed consultation, lasting up to half an hour, followed by one of the reflexology treatments listed below. The consultation is to assess the client's treatment needs and to formulate an appropriate treatment plan.
